Dr. Brett Chamernik utilizes the most up-to-date evidence-based surgical and non-surgical techniques to implement a comprehensive individual treatment plan for every patient, with an emphasis on the prevention of future injuries. Ultimately, his goal is to get patients back to doing what they love, whether it is returning to the football field or chasing grandchildren around the park.

Dr. Chamernik completed an Orthopaedic Sports Medicine fellowship at the world-renowned Kerlan-Jobe Orthopaedic Clinic in Los Angeles, where he had the opportunity to assist in the care of several professional sports teams.

These teams included the Los Angeles Dodgers, Los Angeles Rams, Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim, Los Angeles Galaxy, Los Angeles Sparks and Anaheim Ducks. Additionally, he was the team physician for the Loyola Marymount University Athletics Program. Dr. Chamernik is excited to have returned to the suburbs of Chicago where he grew up, and where he will continue with his passion for treating orthopaedic injuries. In his free time he enjoys cooking, biking, golfing, traveling, and spending time with his wife and young son.
